Support That Fits Your Family

Some families need help preparing for one important meeting. Others prefer having a trusted consultant available throughout the school year. We offer both one-time services and ongoing retainer options, allowing you to choose the level of support that best fits your family's needs and goals. Whether you need assistance with a single IEP meeting or ongoing advocacy throughout the year, we've got you covered.

  • One-Time Services: Pay only for the services you need.
  • Retainer Services: Enjoy priority access and ongoing support with a prepaid consulting retainer designed for families who anticipate needing continued guidance.

Coaching

Coaching is our most accessible and flexible service, designed for families at any stage of the IEP process who want guidance, clarity, and support. These sessions focus on learning, asking questions, and building a strong understanding of the IEP process, your role as a parent, and your rights.

No preparation is required from the family or consultant prior to the session, making this an ideal option for quick questions, learning, ongoing support, or general guidance. We can review your child’s IEP together, but if you are experiencing specific concerns about services or implementation, we recommend exploring our Consulting services.

Consulting

Consulting is a more in-depth, personalized service designed for families seeking targeted support. Prior to your session, a lead consultant will review your child’s IEP and most recent evaluations to come prepared with insights and recommendations.

During the session, parents can bring specific questions or be guided through their child’s disability, services, accommodations, and supports. If you have concerns about your child’s services, we ask that you share those in advance so the consultant can develop a thoughtful plan.

The goal of consulting is to equip you with the tools, language, and confidence to effectively advocate for your child. This may include developing talking points for meetings and optional post-meeting debriefs.

Advocacy

Advocacy is an add-on service available to families who have participated in Consulting. In this role, a lead consultant attends IEP meetings with you to provide real-time support and advocacy.

This is our most intensive level of service and is designed for families who want direct, in-meeting guidance to ensure their child’s needs are clearly communicated and supported.
