Guidance Built Around Your Child

Julia and Bridget began building Every Mind in 2025 after 16 years of combined experience in education. Together, they have worked as general and special education teachers and have held administrative roles, including Special Education Department Chair, Assistant Principal, and Program Specialist in districts across Massachusetts and California.

Both Bridget and Julia hold active licenses in Special Education K–12, with Bridget’s experience primarily at the middle and high school level and Julia’s in elementary and high school. They bring extensive experience from the classroom to IEP meetings. Throughout their time as educators, case managers, and Local Education Agency (LEA) representatives, they have seen firsthand how the mechanics of the IEP processes and complex jargon can create barriers for families navigating the system through attendance at over 1000+ IEP Meetings during their careers.

At Every Mind, our lead consultants partner with families and their schools to ensure access and equity for every student.

Every Mind was born from this work, with a mission to bridge the gap between families and schools and to create more opportunities for equity and success for all students, because every mind deserves the chance to thrive. Every Mind LLC also holds a certificate in Business Essentials from Stanford University. We know that this work is important and we are so excited to partner with families.
